1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Meta Platforms: If you interact with our Facebook or Instagram advertising, we may receive limited information through Meta Business Tools (Facebook Pixel)
  • Authentication Services: Information from Supabase authentication when you create or access your account

Employers and Recruiters: When you authorize us to submit applications on your behalf, we share your resume, cover letter, and relevant contact information with potential employers. You explicitly consent to this sharing during the onboarding process.

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business:

  • Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage for your resume and profile information
  • Payment Processors: To process subscription payments securely
  • Email Service Providers: To send transactional and marketing emails
  • Analytics Providers: To understand how users interact with our service

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Important: ApplyOps, not Meta, is the data controller for information you provide directly to us.
